Luxe HQ is an invite-only app for brokers to save and share property videos with clients. If you need help with your account or run into an issue in the app, we're here to help.

Getting access
Invite-only, by design.
Luxe HQ does not offer public sign-up. Accounts are created and invited by your brokerage administrator. If you haven't received your login details, contact your administrator or email us.

- 02Check your inboxYou'll get an email from LuxeHQ with a temporary password.
- 03Sign in on the appDownload LuxeHQ on iPhone or iPad, sign in, and choose your own password.
Double check the email and password provided by your administrator, and make sure you're connected to the internet. If you signed in with a temporary password, the app will ask you to choose a new one.
Tap Forgot password? on the app's sign-in screen, or request a code here. We'll email you a 6-digit code: enter it in the app within 10 minutes, then choose a new password.
Luxe HQ has no public sign-up, so accounts are created by your brokerage administrator. Check your spam folder for an email from LuxeHQ, then ask your administrator to set you up, or email us and we'll look into it.
Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection and enough free space on your device, then try again. Uploads resume on their own if the app closes or the signal drops.
Confirm the link hasn't been removed or expired, and that it was copied in full. You can always share a fresh link from the unit list or the player.
