Account information. Name, email address, and login credentials provided when your administrator creates your account.

Profile details. The phone number and profile photo you choose to add to your profile in the app.

Content you upload. Property videos, photos, and related listing details you save or share through the app.

Usage and device data. We use Firebase (Google) for crash reporting, analytics, and push notifications. This may include device identifiers, app version, crash logs, and general usage events, used only to keep the app stable and working correctly.

We use collected information to operate the app, authenticate your account, let you store and share property video content, diagnose and fix technical issues, and communicate with you about your account when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information.

When you generate a share link for a property video, that link is accessible to anyone who has it until it expires, 7 days after it was created. Avoid sharing links containing confidential or client-sensitive information beyond what is intended for the recipient.

Shared videos show your name, profile photo, and phone number, so the people you send them to know who shared the walkthrough and can contact you.

We retain account and content data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted network connections and access controls limiting who can view uploaded content.

We use Firebase (Google) for backend infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, and notifications. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
